Blue Ridge Bank (BRB) was ready to reinvent itself to the public after a difficult chapter. Building upon a clear strategy and unified messaging position, we developed a campaign to communicate to both retail and commercial audiences.

Beyond high-level brand hits, we needed to touch on hard benefits for customers too. Including screen comps of BRB’s intuitive app allowed us to zero in on the everyday experience for a customer.

Our approach involved crafting intimate, relatable interactions between customer and banker, portraying the bankers as attentive, present, and professional—with a big helping of humility and humanity.

Relationships first.

Backing up the campaign tag “Right where you need us,” each layout acts as portraiture. BRB brand colors and geometry frame everyday customers with strategic messaging that speaks to lasting financial partnerships and solutions.

Symmetrical layouts draw the eye inward, creating an intimate composition reflective of the relationship BRB
offers its customers.

The launch spanned across broadcast, CTV, digital and programmatic, social, audio, and in branch experiences, allowing BRB to reenter the market with scale and confidence.

A mechanic and a man in a suit talking in an auto repair shop. The mechanic is wearing a gray uniform with 'Mike' on the name tag, and the man in the suit has a name tag that says 'Roger Smith.' There is a car with its hood open in the background.

With the campaign still up and live, initial performance looks strong. BRB has seen an immediate uptick in traffic, interest, and brand perception.

Props to Andy Azula and Melodie Tutwiler for their creative direction. Lot of love to Steph Patino on bangin’ copy. A firm, grateful handshake to Brian Camp and his cohorts for directing and producing the shoot. Thank you always to Chelsea Sterling for keeping us on track and keeping the clients happy.
