ABNB Federal Credit Union faced two dire threats: dwindling membership and low brand recognition. Their immediate goals were to increase deposits and boost brand awareness in the Hampton Roads area of eastern Virginia: no small feat to achieve in a short amount of time.
Within a short time, ABNB saw over 200% more web traffic and nearly 50% more engagement. They reported a notable increase in deposits and an overall positive reaction from the community.
