Dominion Energy’s Demand-side Management (DSM) arm offers a state-mandated portfolio of programs designed to help customers save money on their energy bill. Not only must they offer these programs, but they also need to make sure people know about them. And now I need to make sure you know I was involved.

Warm weather, hot savings.

Using the intense heat (and subsequently higher energy bills) of the summer months as our platform, we developed an eye-catching, scroll-stopping campaign that lived just about everywhere, from StackAdapt and Google, to Meta and Nextdoor, to Hulu and Spotify, to live OOH boards at the DC Metro.

Backed by months of user research and a robust media plan that blended traditional and digital channels, this well-timed warm weather campaign contributed to a 33% increase in awareness of Dominion Energy's energy conservation programs.

Shouts out to Emily Peters for creative direction, and Wendy Thacker for design collab. Kudos to Steph Patino on copy. Heart eyes emoji to Brian Harrell on motion and video.
